Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing implementing and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services.
Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.
Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited training program is required.
State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
