Summary:
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR), follows the Froedtert and the Medical College Performance Excellence Customer Service StandardsGreets and arrives patientsVerifies and updates demographic informationCollects monies for copays, supplies, and services renderedBalances daily cash collectionsObtains patient signaturesAssists patients with ancillary appointment scheduling and formsSchedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointmentsAnswers and directs telephone calls.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Previous experience in a healthcare settingOne year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
